Also known as the Peruvian White. A compact bushy plant that produces lots of small white peppers measuring 1in. long by 0.5in. wide. The fruits mature from a greenish white to an ivory white.
 
Flavour: Crisp and citrusy.
Uses: Soups, sauces, stews, and salsas. Dries well.
